Adult Immunizations

Hours and Locations

Adult immunizations are available in our walk-in clinics in Yulee and Hilliard Clinics. For more information about times and costs, call our clinical services at 904-875-6100.

Bring the following:

  • Picture ID
  • All immunization records
  • Inform the nurse of any allergies, adverse reactions to medical or immunization procedures, or pregnancy

Programs and Services Offered

If you have insurance, we offer limited immunizations at cost.

Available immunizations include:

  • Tetanus
  • Tdap (Tetanus and Pertussis)
  • Flu
  • Hepatitis B
  • Pneumovax

Payment options: cash, check with I.D., or credit card. Receipts provided for insurance reimbursement.

If you do not have insurance, we provide limited immunizations at no cost through a special program.

Available immunizations include:

  • Gardasil for HPV
  • Menectra for meningitis
  • Pneumovax
  • Tdap
  • Varivax for chickenpox

For immunizations not available, contact DOH-Duval County Immunization Center at 904-253-1420. For travel immunizations, call DOH-Duval at 904-253-1740.

TB Tests for Work or School

Tuberculosis (TB) screening and skin testing are available at our Yulee, Fernandina, and Callahan Clinic sites. Be aware that skin tests are not performed on Thursdays.

Cost includes a flat fee for the TB Skin Test and a sliding fee scale for the visit. For current costs and scheduling, call any of our clinics at 904-875-6100.
