Nassau Health Improvement Coalition (NCHIC)

Vision: Improving the health of Nassau County through awareness, education, partnerships, prevention, service delivery, and policy development so that individuals can live healthy, active lifestyles.

Mission: Enhancing the health status of the Nassau County community by addressing and monitoring priority health and wellness issues through a collaborative, community-driven process.

About NCHIC: In early 2007, the Nassau County Health Advisory Council rebranded as the Nassau County Health Improvement Coalition (NCHIC), revising its mission and vision. NCHIC includes various local agencies, organizations, community groups, and members united by the goal of enhancing community health. The coalition meets bi-monthly on the fourth Monday at Yulee Full Service School (Nassau Family Education Center) – 86207 Felmor Road, Yulee, FL 32097.
